Pray:

Father in heaven,

What a gift today is.

I want to rejoice in every detail

Breathe in every breath with fullness

And soak in the immense gratitude that I have you, joyfully and fully, forever.

I place into your hands the things I want to try and fix

And I take from your hands the nourishment you want to give me

That on this Sabbath day I may abide in the knowledge

That it is you who makes me whole

It is you who makes me holy

Thank you, Giver of Gifts.
