Pray:

Father,

Today, would you plant me again,

In the nourishing soil of your love;

Would you water my dryness,

With the refreshing of your Spirit;

Would you bathe my thoughts,

In the beauty of your light.

Would you grow in this heart,

Something of great beauty and peace,

Not attained through my striving and rushing and trying endlessly harder,

But formed in grace,

For in this grace,

I rest.

In Jesus’ Name,
