23.03 | Sabbath

Pray:

Father,

Your eternal place,

And your eternal state,

Is called Rest.

And Father,

As my direction is towards you,

My direction too, is towards rest.

And so may this day be;

Not just a day of rest,

Though may it be that,

But may it tell a deeper story to my soul;

That my very inner self

Be trained into the rest of eternity,

To the reformation of all of my days.

In the Name of Jesus,

Lord of the Sabbath,
