Pray:

Father,

Your love

Is the context for my

Letting Go,

For why should I hold tightly to

That which you hold with me?

And thus, 

Loving Father,

I let go:

I let go of every burden,

Every anxiety,

Every compulsion to control and perfect and endlessly do,

And I relax

Into Love.

And so, Father, heal this heart,

In the abundance of You.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen
