Pray:

Father,

I close my eyes,

Turn my face to the sunshine,

And smile.

In this pause,

Let your warmth nourish my whole being,

That that which is cold and hard and weary

Become abundant again in the touch of heavenly light,

And the warmth of your smile.

In the Name, heart, and Way of Jesus,
